I really don't see why killing yourself is a cowardly act. I know it makes people feel good to say that it is, but to take your own life - if you are of sound mind - takes courage, IMO.
The cowardly part is not facing up to your consequences, or leaving your family and friends to pick up the pieces once you’ve gone. Not the actual act of killing yourself...
She said he died like a coward. I disagree. He chose his own fate in a way that most people wouldn't have the courage to do. Not that I think he should have done it.
He chose the selfish way out. He was looking at the rest of his life in prison, so taking his own life was easier for him. Nothing courageous about that. Imo...
