Yeah, I don't think either of us will be holding our breaths though.

Kingsmill was a terrible murder, a massacre, an execution of ordinary people coming home from work one evening.

For those who don't know, it was one of the worst mass murders of the entire troubles and even some prominent IRA activists were sickened by it's callous brutality.

In short a minibus carrying 5 Catholics and 11 Protestants was on it's way home from a textile factory where they all worked together. Shortly after dropping 4 of the Catholic workers off in their home town, the van was stopped by what the driver thought was a military checkpoint.

As they stopped, a gang of around a dozen armed and blackened faced men came out of the bushes and the workers were forced to stand outside the van with their hands on the roof. The armed leader then asked 'who is the Catholic?' by which the others assumed these were loyalist gunmen and were going to kill him.

They pleaded with the gunman and wouldn't identify their workmate but he stepped forward only to be told, 'get off down the road and don't look back' the gunmen then proceeded to pump 136 rounds of automatic fire into the remaining 11 men, leaving a pile of bodies in the rainsoaked verge. The gumen then re-loaded and finished off from close range.

Amazingly one man, Alan Black 32, survived despite having 18 gunshot wounds and he still lives to this day. Despite the Provisional IRA denying responsibility at the time, it was later proved this was a planned atrocity and acts like that didn't occur without the PIRA's blessing.

I hope this McElduff gets what he deserves, you don't walk around a supermarket smiling, with a loaf of KINGSMILL bread balanced on your head, on the anniversary of the massacre and say it was an inadvertant mistake and not intended to cause insult. Fucking wanker :hand:

We will surely see labour demand this MP is removed following their campaign to get Toby Young removed for inappropriate tweets.

Then im sure we will see them remove mcdonnell for his hate/sexist remarks. :ooer:
