I've posted a few times about the media narrative over Syria and the Middle East in general as well as Russia. Channel 4 news coverage of Syria back during the Aleppo liberation (though it was never called a liberation by the west) was nothing more than terrorist propaganda. The papers were the same, now we have the Russia have hacked everything, poisoned people and propped up terrorists and judging by forum and media comments, people really do believe it.

Why do so many place trust in proven liars and believe even the most outlandish claims about other country's/leaders? The whole bin Laden mountain complex with caves lovingly created in the media, the 'barrel bombs' and chemical weapons, the WMD in Iraq, the Israel is only defending itself and so on?

“Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally the common people don't want war: neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But after all it is the leaders of a country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or fascist dictorship, or a parliament or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peace makers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”

As true today as it was back then.

Have we learnt nothing in all those years and through so many worldwide conflicts?
To the victor go the spoils of war ( war: a conflict between two or more people, nations or states) as dose the historical narrative. Bible is full of black propaganda, akin to the black propaganda used during the battle 1939-1945 and since against Russia and China to avoid surrendering war reparations. Ill gotten gain. I like Sofie and Co, watching the hawks, as well as Going Underground. Interesting how these shows have disclaimers. Officially declare independance from state media yet are still ( unlawfully in violation of Oaths to the people) declared state sponsored media? The only consistency is in the lies or abstract literations by state terrorists. Mr Blair declared a WMD knowing the public at large where conditioned to understand that as Nuclear weapons. That was a blatant lie to the Parliament ( we the People).
