How much airtime did the Ethiopian famine of the eighties get?
Almost none stop.
It was nowhere near as serious as what's going on right now in Yemen.
How much airtime is the hunger and the dying starving civilians getting which is on a much much larger scale?
Almost none.
Why?
Because it's our weapons and our training that's doing the slaughter not the lack of rain and the public .... might just be so shocked as to bring the whole thing to an end.

Think of Yemen, where up to 14 million people are on the edge of famine as a result of a war that continues to claim countless lives; a war in which the UK government is complicit through its sales of arms to Saudi Arabia. These arms sales have increased by two thirds since 2016, and now account for nearly half of Britain’s major arms exports.

Coincidently, 2010 is when the Conservatives won the General Election and came to office for the first time since John Major. They got into power via a collision with the Liberal Democrats, you know, that party that promised to wipe tuition fees and then went on to tag team with the Conservatives to triple the price… yeah, they’d rather you forgot about that. We wouldn’t.

The Conservatives, now known as the Conservative and Unionist Party since their re-election in 2017, have made a number of changes since their reign of horror began, which has led to the BBC’s different departments to become mouthpieces for the Government. Here are some:

– Important posts have been filled with pro-government figures from the private sector, such as David Clementi (former Deputy Governor of the Bank of England. He is currently Chairman of the BBC), James Harding (Former Times editor, Director of BBC News from August 2013 until 1 January 2018), Robbie Gibb (Former editor of the BBC’s Sunday Politics and Daily Politics programmes, brother of Conservative MP Nick Gibb) and Rona Fairhead (Minister of State at the Department for International Trade, was the last Chair of the BBC Trust before its abolition)

– Direct links with the manipulative tabloid press has been strengthened through Downing Street giving important positions to characters such as Andy Coulson (He was the editor of the News of the World from 2003 until his resignation in 2007, following the conviction of one of the newspaper’s reporters in relation to illegal phone-hacking. He subsequently joined David Cameron’s personnel as communications director) and Craig Oliver (He is a British news editor, producer and media executive, and the former Director of Communications for British Prime Minister David Cameron. Previously, he was Controller of English news output for BBC Global News, responsible for commissioning the news content for the corporation’s English-language global services, including the BBC World Service, BBC World News and BBC News Online).

– The recruitment of people like Alison Fuller Pedley, of Mentorn Media, who is responsible for choosing who gets to go on the Question Time audience. She has been found retweeting fascists Britain First as seen below:

Very interesting article and spot on.

The BBC, being publicly paid for, will never please all people all of the time and anyone feeling betrayed will produce evidence to attack the Beeb.
They cannot win, whatever they do.

Google Anglo American funding for Hitler and be very surprised!

I don't need to and won't be as I know much about Wall st and Henry Ford and the Bush family Rockefeller etc etc and have talked a lot about it on here over the years.
They jumped in soon as they saw the interest/debt free money .... not before.

It started with Weimar Republic, Hitler inherited a growing economy.
Billions were pumped in to create industry and all factories had parts sent in.
Hitler a genius? He inherited wealth input, liked it and negotiated even better deals from his foreign money providers.

Genius?

His finance minister was clever though, the fuhrer couldn’t get out of bed he was so doped up.

The country has no control over the money created out of thin air now. It's a usurious private money supply. Worldwide (bar about 4 now, was more until regime changes)

Things are not as simple as you pretend when it comes to the 'value' of a currency. Watch the film I posted in thread The Spider’s Web. Britain’s Second Empire.

It’s incorrectly titled because the nation of Britain does not benefit.

Hitler? What a leap.
You don’t seem to know the history of the Anglo-American financing of Germany, Adolph was no financial genius.
Google will help you understand better.
Hitler was on the cover of Time magazine twice for his economic miracle.

The world bank and IMF!

Meaning they're bigger than your vote?
Bigger than your democracy and have control over any and all governmenments whenever the need arises?
I wonder how they'd do it.
Call in the Pentagon?

There would be no need for that. The world would not welcome any country printing worthless paper money.

We already print wallpaper money.
So you think creating your money as units of value as opposed to like now units of debt would be a loser?
Worked for Hitler big time.
Went from broke to super power overnight.
