Dear god.....

:pmsl: :pmsl: :pmsl:

Sorry, but that's even worse than "why is this government calling people 'illegal immigrants' ".

Sadly, when we get to the point where 'guests' are asking why May's vile government are calling people 'illegal immigrants' we are well past satire.

Pity, because although I knew full well they couldn't I was still hoping that Batman and Robin would admit that the example of a migrant being removed from Kent beaches and charged with being an illegal immigrant didn't exist - so we'll have to take that as read and move on.

No it doesn't - report back to EDL HQ for further instructions.

Just asking.

They don't.

And UK homeless are not

Yes you should have quit pages ago when it became obvious to all that you were so wrong on this.
But instead you just kept on digging - deeper and deeper and deeper ...........

No they aren’t but they are entering illegally. Ie. not by legal methods.

Incorrect. Please read the thread which has already addressed this point.

Why does the government call them illegal immigrants McAz?

Are you kidding ?

Even after stuff like Windrush, you need to ask why this government stokes a climate of fear and hatred of immigrants ?

Try reading a bit more.

However, to clarify. Immigrants who have overstayed visas, or have simply arrived here and disappeared underground without contacting authorities to place on record their reasons for being here can, and are termed illegal immigrants. Those washing up on Kent beaches, who are picked up and processed by immigration authorities ARE NOT illegal immigrants. They may later prove to be unsuccessful in their claims for asylum in which case they should be detained and removed asap - but even then at no time are they charged with any offence.

:gigglesnshit:
So, why do we have border control at all?
Why don’t countries just get rid of passport control offices and just an immigration office for newbies to attend when they feel like it?

They have in most of Europe - what's your objection?

You need to write to the Minister for Immigration and tell her that her web sites are all wrong
That all her civil servants are publishing false information
That her immigration lawyers don't know the law

You should set them straight

Let us know how you get on.

No I don't - they don't take issue with Article 14.

You get limper as the day goes on, Dongo. :shake head:

Do you know why asylum seekers get told, on official government forms, that they will be housed and given more money per week per person in their household than our own job seekers whilst their claims are being processed plus they will be given free medical care and prescriptions, no matter what medical conditions they have, when our own homeless people are denied all of the above?
Just asking.

Too difficult a question for you McAz? You ask for forms when you have been telling us all that these people are doing nothing wrong? You have not read up on this subject have you? So why pretend you’re an expert in such matters.
And why do they insist on risking the channel when they can claim asylum in the EU, which they are quite entitled to?
Read up and learn your subject matter. The forms are on the government website, google them.
