It's rare for me to defend you but you didn't say Trump couldn't win the General Election, you said he couldn't win the Republican primary but that's a different matter.

Oh no. I was adamant that Trump was going to lose to Hillary. Here and everywhere I post.

I was disappointed that he won the Republican primary, and maybe skeptical that he could win, but my biggest shock was watching the returns election night.

Paul Manafort Was an Agent of Ukraine, Not Russia

Paul Manafort, the clandestine agent of Russia at the heart of the Trump campaign’s “collusion” scand — oh, wait.

Have you ever noticed what Paul Manafort’s major crime was? After two years of investigation, after the predawn raid in which his wife was held at gunpoint, after months of solitary confinement that have left him a shell of his former self, have you noticed what drew the militant attention of the Obama Justice Department, the FBI, and, ultimately, a special counsel who made him the centerpiece of Russia-gate?

According to the indictment Robert Mueller filed against him, Manafort was an unregistered “agent of the Government of Ukraine.” He also functioned as an agent of Viktor Yanukovych, Ukraine’s president from 2010 to 2014, and of two political parties, the Party of Regions and its successor, the Opposition Bloc.

Manafort was not an unregistered agent of Russia. Mueller never alleged that Manafort was a clandestine operative of the Kremlin. He worked for Ukraine, not Putin. Indeed, for much of his time in Ukraine, he pushed his clients against Putin’s interests.

The Ukraine that the US regime changed and placed the then vice presidents son on the board/in charge of the largest Ukrainian energy company. (Biden)

Russia collusion is a Democrat creation complete with fake dossiers from bent MI6 agents and Trump team plants trying to create set ups. Trump is a lot of things but colluding with Russia is not one of them.

Dont worry. They are getting to them. Lindsay Graham, new Chairman of the Senate Judiciary will be revisiting the BOGUS investigation comey conducted, new AG Barr will be also, and DOJ IG Horowitz is as well. Judicial watch is also having good success in the courts.

And in the meantime, James Baker, former FBI general counsel has testified under oath HE wanted to charge her, but comey basucally begged him to change his mind. Its all going to come out

Doubtful.

She will never see a courtroom, let alone get convicted.

She knew what she was doing was illegal or wrong, but she runs in a little different air than a Manafort.

Plus, what she did would only amount to a slap on the wrist. What are they going to do? Disbar her? I don't think she even has her law license anymore more. It's not like she is going to prison for having a secret computer server in her basement. They got away with far more than that in Arkansas. :leer:

Theres PLENTY to go after her for. Far worse than what manafort did.

Perhaps. But if your name is Hillary Clinton, you don't live by the same rules as mere mortals.

If she was going down, (not like Monica) it would have happened by now. She can run out the clock now.

And Trump wasnt going to win the presidency according to you.

In the meantime, the special prosecutor looking into uranium one has a message:

Attorney Huber
@USAttyHuber

US Attorneys thoroughly enjoyed our time with AG Barr this week. He is a solid, proven leader with a clear vision for the @DOJ. We will move forward with his priorities, hold offenders accountable, and advance the rule of law.

President Donald Trump and his daughter Ivanka each donated to Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) when she was running for reelection to the office of California Attorney General several years ago, the Sacramento Bee reports.

Before serving in the Senate and announcing her presidential run, Harris was elected as California's attorney general in 2010. She ran for reelection in 2014, and also won that race.

It was during her first term as attorney general that the Trump family donated to her campaign. In 2011, President Trump gave Harris $5,000; he gave another $1,000 in 2013. Then in 2014, Ivanka Trump donated $2,000.

L.A. Times reporter Javier Panzar previously reported that Donald Trump donated to Harris' campaign. (Panzar also reported that Trump similarly donated to the campaigns of Gavin Newsom in 2009 and Jerry Brown in 2006.)

A little off topic, but interesting none the less. Not big money, but Trump didn't mind writing checks to California liberals either. :ooer:
