I really enjoyed Blake's 7. Yes the special effects were terrible, the sets were shaky and the props almost laughably crude by today's standards but it made up for it, as British SciFi so often did, with great imagination, characterisation and storytelling. When Doctor Who returned in 2005 there was some hope that Blake's 7 too might make its way back onto the screen but alas it never happened.
