Labour policy is updated by Conference.
You are trying to read an outdated (early 2017) document. There have been 2 conferences since then.
Google won't help.
Ah yes - the conference
That's when all the £3 15-year-olds get to decide Labour policy
There's one coming up in a few days
Should be fun.
Oh dear - you really should try boning up on this stuff before you post your garbage.
More info for you to store - best write it down, because you have the memory of a goldfish...
Each CLP (Constituency Labour Party) gets the right to send a delegate to Conference.
That delegate, chosen by the CLP, gets to vote at Conference on policy AS DIRECTED BY THE CLP.
So, first off it is EXTREMELY unlikely you will see any 15 year old delegates (they are at school) and if there were, they don't decide anything as they are directed by the CLP, i.e. party members.
And we love having them in the party, they are excellent workers, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and I look forward (as they do) to them getting the vote at 16.
