Whenever I see Happy Holidays (outside of the usual dreary Christmas is being banned bollocks) it's always seems to be a creeping Americanism rather than anything to do with the C word being offensive

I agree that stuff should start in December. It's ok talking about Christmas now though. Amazon have had some of my money already, some Christmas stuff bought... I think they love it when I turn up in November haha They don't get all that much out of me the rest of the year.
