Yes we did too, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon the thunder and lightning was as loud and bright as anything!
My garden’s taken a bashing! :bawlin: peonies, daisies, roses all drooped and massacred on the floor.
However, my Alllium are still upright and strong, as if nothing happened. :thumbsup:

In the part of Cornwall my Daughter lives they got it really bad she said the Thunder and Lightening was scary stuff ,however my part of Cornwall had No thunder/Lightening ,but got woke up in the early hours by Rain battering the windows

Interesting!...we had the same the day before yesterday ...hail stones the size of walnuts and thunder and lightening right above my house. The power went off for a few minutes too. The noise was unbelievable, I actually got a bit worried...like you say, end of the world stuff :ooer: .and right now it's belting down again and hail isn't far off, I can hear it coming...and it's bloody freezing too.

There was a bit of lightening but I don't know about the rest. It's nice here today. :smilin:
