You've got to wonder about any parent who would allow their little girl to be depicted like that.
You say that Vam but there was a music programme shown on Channel 4 during the early 1980s called Minipops which had young children wearing make up and singing along to the hits of the day. Even in those days people were pretty outraged by it because it was perfectly obvious what type of men would be attracted to those kids and so the show was cancelled after the first series.
