It's a truly happy ending as befits a good Christmas tale.

An 'interesting' ending would've had to be a grisly one - like his body found trussed up in a suitcase somewhere like that poor MI5 bloke.
Or nestling at the bottom of river Derwent with 'concrete boots' on. :yikes:

He sounds like a bit of a loveable rogue, I like that. :pmsl: Gives him a bit of an edge. Bland goody 2 shoes types don't have an edge. :smilin:
