Inconveniently he was trying to reduce Russia's dependence on oil and gas exports when the Western Allies wanted to expand their reliance on Russian oil and gas because they wanted to press sanctions against Iran.

What moron thinks anyone would have any weapon shedding nuclear fallout from space, when even kids no fallout is a product of a nuclear explosion on, below or just above the Earth, which causes Earth etc to be carried upwards into the atmosphere, so that when the material falls back to earth it is radiated, and is known as nuclear fallout.
