That was a good read. Off topic but it reminded me the time I was on a company gig in a hotel on the bayswater road.
Alarm goes off at 7am, we are ushered out onto the street, hungover and befuddled.
A fire engine steamed down lancaster gate way too fast, takes the corner leaning on two wheels then piled into a black cab sat side on.
The cabbie was ok i think but had to be pulled out of the vehicle shaking due to shock.
