His smug attitude has just taken a knock. Higher they go the harder they fall etc and Banks is just way too cocky for his own good.

The Information Commissioner intends to fine the Leave dot EU campaign and Arron Banks’s Eldon Insurance £135,000 after they shared mailing lists without consent.

Gibraltar kicked him out twice for financial irregularities.

I haven't read that but he's certainly had 'questionable' financial business in Gibraltar and their police are currently assisting the NCA with their investigation. He's a dodgy character and seems to revel in the notoriety that brings. Far too cocky.

The more he opens his mouth, the more he drops himself in it. He's loving the limelight. Give it to him I say!

Then all his fans can see him for what he is. An insurance salesman. Selling fear for a living. But on the sidelines involved in some dodgy shit to say the least. Millions appearing out of nowhere. Also look at his connections David Davies. Farage. I hope there's going to be some arrests for all the lies they've told.

Arron Banks currently under criminal investigation by the NCA over where the £8 million he donated to the Brexit campaign came from, appeared on the Andrew Marr politics programme today. He's certainly a very shady character but i can't help but wonder how this interview was allowed to go ahead as being under investigation, i'd have thought it could lead to his case being declared subjudice which is not what i want to see happen.

Lord Adonis wrote to the BBC DG to ask him to reconsider his appearance.
