I was in Stranraer (Drummore) last week as it happens - saw no sign of construction.
Oh, come on.
This government has already shown that it needs to put out a leaflet to all households (cost - £100m) to explain the need for it and then spend a round £1bn to get the right people onside.
Then 3 years coming up with the plan for the bridge, another spend of several billion on planning, only to find no-one wants it.
