Completely different scenario from the original 'Cult Classic'....This time, sees a struggling young American model play victim/heroine as she falls prey to a vicious gang of Romanian sex traffickers.
Not quite as graphic as the first film but enough to get the mind racing. A scene close to the end will find every male watching, sitting with tightly crossed legs and wincing uncontrollably.
A must for any women harbouring thoughts of exacting revenge against the male gender.
A better film than I expected, worth a view.

i thought she'd have done more to the guy with the cattle prod
i was quite disappointed :(
it had a ring of hostel about it
just watched curse of chucky
the guy that played the priest was so wooden, they could have sawn him in half
and made a couple of doors and a fucking coffee table

Not really, guess you've never heard about the original....Basically the girl is gang raped and abused to the point of death.
She lives and exacts a terrible revenge on each one of her abusers, in exotic and novel ways.

Yes, she should avoid playing foreigners again , though I quite liked it too, I thought more 'epic' battle scenes might have given it a lift.
Oblivion is another which promised much but could have delivered more......though I also liked it.
Also in the same vain are After Earth with Will Smith and son and World War Z, with Brad Pitt.
These recent Sci Fi/Futurist dramas are all well worth a watch, even if you aren't a great fan of the genre. I would rate them all 6 out of 10 or above with - in my opinion - World War Z being the best of the bunch, which surprised me as I didn't think it would be, before watching them.
