You're like my daughter, whinges and won't watch anything with them. :brickwall:

Not like they are really obtrusive - I mean you can have 10 minutes of dialogue and all get is a couple of boxes with some squiggles in them :dunno:

No just no .... :grrrrr: :grrrrr: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall:

Theater or the best print possible for watching at home...Most movies are only seen once... Nothing but the best... :hap:

Sorry for hijacking the thread.

Yes mate, that’s an option. You can also get a box with Kodi on it, you don’t necessarily need a firestick to view Kodi...

The reason I asked was due to Youtube fuckkery. First they remove support from my Smart Tv and now after buying the Firestick..they are removing support from the stick from 1st Jan onwards.. And my kid doesn't eat the veggies without fucking Youtube (Ryan toys's review play doh shit) in front of him...

Update

Firefox and Silk Browser works like a charm to access Youtube on Amazon firestick... :hap:

Happy days!

Watched Guardians of the Galaxy 2 yesterday at insistence of son, was dreading it, not another superhero film! But was pleasantly surprised, loved it, especially the 70's music input. Funny dialogue, reminded me of Dogs. :wubbers:

Cheers for that.

Have you seen Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets? - not much of a deep storyline but the SFX and CGI are fantastic.

No I've been meaning to catch up on it and download a bunch. I thought it looked good when they first started advertising it.

Just watched Valerian - strayed into Terry Gilliam territory more than a little but colourful and entertaining.

Star Trek Discovery - is it just me or is it starting to droop a little after the mid-season break? Worth a watch regardless.

I recommend a great little(small budget) English movie called SAVING GRACE. Very clever and great laughs.

Over the past few days I've done the first 6 episodes of Discovery, yep it looks like it could be rather good as long as they stear clear of the moral lessons and lecturing which ruined all the other Star Trek follow on's from the original series.

I can see the rest of series 1 listed but I also see some references for Series 2 is that the case? is there a series 2 already?

Twist 3 on your list - I didn't read that one, though Mrs Mc had her suspicions.
