It's no Die Hard by all accounts, not great reviews. And no one could do Death Wish like Charles Bronson.

If you like Bruce though that will help aide the feeling that the film is really good.

As long as you enjoyed it is the main thing though.

I agree about Bronson and Death Wish.
That's why I said.... it wasn't bad, rather than saying... it was good. :gigglesnshit:

I enjoyed Die Hard too. :smilin: We did watch A Good Day to Die Hard, but I got the feeling his heart wasn't in it somehow.

Willis is a twat - but the original Die Hard was good whilst all of the others have been appalling tosh.

My favourite film of all time has to be Scarface, closely followed by the Godfather 1 and 2, and Casino.

Watched 'Hostiles' last night - late 19th century western set at the end of the Indian wars with Christian Bale, Rosamund Pike and Wes Studi (Magwa from Last of the mohicans) in the lead roles.

A harrowing start mingles into the main theme of a veteran US army captain of the Indian wars (Bale) given the unwanted job of escorting his long time and hated enemy Yellow Hawk (Studi) and his family back to his homeland in Montana from a New Mexican prison, where public outcry has forced the government to free him as he's dying of cancer.

Along the way they encounter Pike and the story ambles along like their long and arduous journey.

Not bad if you like that sort of thing, maybe overly long at 2hrs plus but I enjoyed it as a peek into the dreadful wars and the way native Americans were treated, even if in my opinion it's overly emphasised and simplified here.

I am slowly working my way through some of the films suggested. Thanks.

Watched Bright, give it 6/10
The Commuter 5/10 do like Liam Neeson though, otherwise it may have got a 4!
Den of Thieves is next on my list. :smilin:

Jet black comedy at it's very best and has been on Film4 a couple of times.

Relatos Salvajes (Wild Tales).

Really puts Hollywood to shame so treat yourself and watch it folks. :smilin:
