The Hidden BBC1 / iplayer

Following Keeping Faith, which was also showed wonderful Welsh scenery, The Hidden really showed some beautiful locations in Wales --Llanberris, Snowdonia and Anglesey a few-- and it was rather good if anyone would care to watch it...

Hidden was an excellent, dark, slow burning and brooding tale and was beautifully acted (especially by Rhodri Meilir).

I really enjoyed it.

But then I love many of BBC4's subtitled/crime dramas.

Cardinal series 2 starts next week.

I don't doubt you love subtitled/crime/dramas as coming from Hull, you wouldn't understand English if it came up and slapped you in your chops! :smilin:

I have a middle English accent as you well know!!

I need the help of an interpreter in order to speak to you!!

Your normal dialect, as you're generally inebriated!!!

I recognise many of the locations as live nearby. I'm enjoying the brooding and darkness as Keyser said first.

Great programme, really captivating with the sub plots they threw in for good measure. And the scenery was truly breathaking, I loved the island the detective lived on and also the compound where the villainous family lived --which always made me think of Rolluplostinthewoods whenever I saw it. A typical home from home for a member of the tin foil hat brigade conspiracy theorists.
