As I've said many times, I'm a chef, although my hands don't work that much anymore, I still have the passion. I watch all of them! the celeb chefs! I love their progs! when it comes to actually learning something, Jamie should be your man! when it comes to wanting to impress, it should be a GR! if you want to something easy and quick/shortcuts follow Marco! (the only man to make GR cry! well documented! ) I prefer Jamie to Gordan/Gary/Heston/Rick/Marco...any of them! Jamie does at least understand a realistic budget for the modern day cook!

Hubby loves her Stooo. Im surprised and very impressed with her cooking abilities. She is likeable, love the way she talks about life.

lexi with you being a chef im just interested in what your personal favourite foods to cook and eat are?

I'm anorexic NS, so we'll not talk about what I like to eat as for cooking, I totally loved it! I loved to cook absolutely anything and everything! I've been told I make a mean curry but, as I said, with my hands being the way they are now, and with the rest of my problems, I can't do much anymore, though I did make a quiche at 1am the other morning as hub fancied a slice

When I can, I'll make a cake or a pudding, a pie even but I have to stick to the easy stuff now as I can't stand up for long

No! it's fine NS! I don't mind talking about it! it's everyone else who has a problem with it!!! strange that, isn't it? I don't want to talk about it here because it's just going to 'feed the trolls'! on and on it goes!!! and just now, I CBA! another time? another place? hopefully? one day? maybe....
