here is a question for you. I prefer red onions but have never tried using them in a chilli or anything like that, do you think they would work as well as a normal onion?
Nstar red onions are generally considered to be salad onions as they are not as strong as white onions , plus they are sweeter so more palatable raw .
But they are olso used in cooking and great in an onion gravy , curry ect but i wouldnt use them in a very savoury dish ... I I tend to use them half and half in certain things .
