TRUMP PSYCHOANALYSED

TRUMP PSYCHOANALYSED

Postby Cannydc » Wed Mar 25, 2020 11:31 pm

The synergy between Donald Trump and the coronavirus pandemic is a disaster.

Writing at the Advocate, John Casey summarizes this deadly synergy: “As this crisis deteriorates, becomes unmanageable and inexplicably horrible, so will Trump’s behaviour. A perfect storm that will unravel an unprepared, unrelatable, and unsympathetic president. A fairy tale turned into the horror of all horror stories.”

As many of America’s and the world’s leading mental health experts have repeatedly warned, Trump is mentally unwell to the extreme. He has publicly and repeatedly shown that he is a malignant narcissist, a pathological liar and a delusional fabulist. He is detached from reality and appears to live in his own fantasy world. His lack of empathy, care and concern for others can reasonably be described as sociopathic.

For many reasons, including his mental health, overall temperament, values and intelligence, Donald Trump is existentially ill-equipped to handle this emergency and defeat the coronavirus pandemic.

Dr. Bandy Lee is perhaps the leading voice among those who have warned the American people and the world that Donald Trump’s presidency would result in disaster. She is a professor of psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine and editor of the bestselling book “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump.”

In our most recent conversation, Lee contended that explains the pressures of the coronavirus pandemic are making Donald Trump’s various mental pathologies worse and more dangerous. She explained her view that Trump, aided by Fox News and other parts of the right-wing echo chamber, is creating a collective state of mental illness among his cult members that is making the coronavirus even more lethal.

As she has done before, Lee argued that Donald Trump is the most dangerous person on the planet and expressed her concern he may use the coronavirus pandemic to start or inflame mass violence in order to keep himself in power permanently.

Ouch. So, according to this analysis, Trump will become more erratic as his predictions fail and the pressure grows.

The world will be holding it's collective breath and praying for November.

So called experts who have a history of Trump Derangement Syndrome. They are not the only ones who "conclude" that Trump is the most dangerous person on the planet.

There is so much hysterical nonsense written about Trump it is difficult to distinguish between anti-Trump spin and the reality. People constantly crying wolf.

I wonder how you get to be a professor of psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine with the sole qualification "So-called expert" ?

And why are the right so scared of experts anyway, especially scientists ?

Lobotomies were the brainchild of Professors of Psychiatry.

Doesn't take an expert to notice what trump says from one hour to the next how he says it and become concerned he isn't the man for the White House.
Remove him and maybe put Pence in his place.

And are no longer.

And they did work in some cases.

When new evidence comes in science takes heed of that new evidence and alters course accordingly, Trump has done the exact reverse doubling down every time he has been proved wrong by events.

Whatever you may think of Boris Johnson's early handling of the outbreak he very quickly laid aside his more relaxed approach to the pandemic when the potential scale of the human tragedy became apparent and has taken measures to ensure that famine and pestilence aren't accompanied by famine - he also isn't trying to start a war with China.

I don't follow current US politics, I just notice peoples reactions to US politics including the media - from which I learn about people and the media and not much about US politics.

If Trump really is making weird comments about coronavirus and confusing the american public, then he is going to lose to Joe Biden. Then I'll observe peoples reactions and the medias reactions to Biden as president. Joe Biden was Obama's vice-president, so I am sure americans will consider him a safe pair of hands.

Bill Clinton was a very charismatic and popular president, but people didn't take to his wife as much.

Trump is not a politician. That is the main problem. He is a successful businessman and talks as a tough businessman - suggesting an extreme bargaining line to begin with and then negotiating to get the best deal. His openness and candor makes people and the media go ape-shit including a lot of people that should know better - including many in academia.

However, many years before he was president he was often asked to run for the presidency to sort out the US industry and the trade deficit. He always said not now but he might consider it later in life. This included Oprah Winfrey asking him to run for President. This was a while ago. He was never considered a racist, xenophobe but was considered a womanizer. I also heard he was tee-total, didn't do drugs and had an IQ of over 120.

But in the Presidential race and in his tweets as President - he has caused half of America and many of the liberal elite around the world to go ape-shit. He is the most open and accessible President America has ever had. But because of his coarse manners, patriotism, tough language people lose their mind (Trump Derangement Syndrome).

Maybe his lack of political acumen will cause him to come a cropper this time. He doesn't need to care if he loses the next general election - he will do fine.

The first time he was mentioned in a newspaper was about him being a racist landlord. And lets not forget the Central Park 5 case in the 1980's

1973: The US Department of Justice — under the Nixon administration, out of all administrations — sued the Trump Management Corporation for violating the Fair Housing Act. Federal officials found evidence that Trump had refused to rent to black tenants and lied to black applicants about whether apartments were available, among other accusations. Trump said the federal government was trying to get him to rent to welfare recipients. In the aftermath, he signed an agreement in 1975 agreeing not to discriminate to renters of color without admitting to discriminating before.

Of course America being a country founded on racism probably was willing to overlook this (at least the white people there). Thankfully times have changed (a little bit) and this shit doesn't get dismissed as easily now.

An interesting take on a man with several bankruptcies behind him including a casino !!

As the riddle goes - 'How can I make a small fortune in business"? Answer - give a very large fortune to Trump.

A man whose business now is selling his name and funnelling millions of dollars of taxpayer's money into his hotel/golf course (as well as his family's back-pockets).

I heard something on the news about Congress wanting to make sure that the stimulus package doesn't involve funnelling even more money into the President's 'businesses'

Good job Trump is an honest man of the people and not one of those ultra-corrupt politicians :ooer:

As I mentioned I don't learn much of anything about Donald Trump here and on most opinion sites.

What I learn is about peoples opinion on Donald Trump, how much time they spend trawling to build up "their case against" him, how these people behave towards those that don't agree with their opinion and so forth.

If I wanted to learn about Donald Trump then I would read several different biographies of him, and watch numerous interviews he had given before he became President etc. Donald Trump as President i would focus on all the policies he had tried to implement, the reasoning behind it, the employment stats etc - taking into account things beyond his control.

I'm only surprised they found a brain to analyse. I assume they found it in his dick.

Biographies are rarely anything but fluff pieces written to flatter the subject in order to obtain official approval.

Read the few biographies rejected by Trump for a true picture of the man - but of course you would probably regard them as anti-Trump propaganda.
