I just caught Keith Vaz commenting on this on Sky News

Bungling border officials lose 124,000 asylum seekers and migrants (that's the population of Cambridge)

‘The UK Border Agency is still not providing the efficient, effective service that Parliament expects’

But it is okay because Canny(dc),Cack Jack & Co want this-------to them it is a good thing for the UK so we wont see any comments from them saying how terrible this is because thei rovercrowded bankrupt utopian banana republic is well on its way to fruition. :gigglesnshit:

Perhaps they should just close borders and have an amnesty on those here now?

It would be good to see how many appeared to declare themselves.

Interesting point. If they trusted the amnesty I'd imagine the numbers would be substantial.
BTW, while I consider myself on the left I'm not one who believes that immigration should not be controlled. Not for racist reasons of course, simply because of finite resources etc. Shameful I know. :smilin:

Yeah at Labour, for allowing such a disastrous situation to arise.

Sorry Raven when did either Canny or I support the cuts that have caused the number of missing Asylum seekers to more than triple in the past six months?

Do you have any links to any posts where I supported said budget cuts.

How can the number tripling the past six months be attributed to Labour.

Was there an election no-one told me about?

Undoubtedly immigration rose under Labour but an intelligent person needs perspective. So here's a chart to help educate you.

Because I understand a lot of the cases are those that were archived.

If they have really dissappeared (not merely 'mislaid' in a clearly chaotic, post-cuts system) they are surely re-classified as illegal immigrants ?

And bearing that in mind, perhaps the brilliant mind reader, Lord Raven, can point out ANY post EVER where I have lent one iota of support to such people ?

Because your failure of admitting that there is a problem, without actually writing about people draw the right conclusions. Maybe it's your fear of being labeled a racist.

It because of the Lisbon Treaty Signing and Labours utter failure to get a grip of immigration (probably assuming they just might vote Labour) is why I will never vote for Labour again.

As it is unlikely we will ever be able to deport them,so why not?

Legalise them and keep them here but stop the flood coming in--and for exactly the reasons I have stated so many times and which you have just echoed.

We are not a bottomless pit.
