Having spoken to expats myself (and my son is one as well as a couple of family members) they left for exactly the same reason that the Poles etc came here.

So it stands to reason,because we have a large enough population now,that if immigration stopped,so would emigration

I love London because I can practice foreign languages and chat to lovely exotic women who are IMO far more attractive then the indigenous ones but many people live in areas where there are either zero immigrants or the place has been swamped--and the latter are the kind I met abroad.
