As opposed to France, Spain, Thailand - clearly 'English'....

Having spoken to expats myself (and my son is one as well as a couple of family members) they left for exactly the same reason that the Poles etc came here.

A JOB THAT PAYS BETTER THAN THE ONE THEY HAD....

As for those who go for the climate, and to form enclaves of British 'culture'.... nuff said.

In Thailand?? Are you having afooking giraffe? I met guys out there working for the going rate(thai wages) and you know you just told a porkie.
Hotel manager was on 10,000 baht a month--And How Much Is That Canny?? £200??

What a crock!!

And that does not alter the fact that people in Thailand,Hong Kong,Singapore,South Africa and Brazil told me they left England because "It is no loner England"?

What they meant by that is not for you to deny because you were not there, were you??

How the fuck do you deign to speak on behalf of people you have never met and LIE about wages in Thailand whilst doing so?

That is your WORST POST EVER and as it contained a blatant lie to embroider it I will have to deduce whether or not you are lying in other posts. :shake head:

My mate Bob moved to Thailand and it wasn't because 'England wasn't England', it was precisely the opposite. He went over for the shagging and now runs his own brothel, he's in his late 50's and is getting shagged rotten. Immigrants indeed...

good old Bob! If that is what he wants then fair play to him. It is a great place and apart from the beaches and the thai people who I think are wonderful, the live rock bars for me are the most wonderful thing there.
The amount of times I awoke and thought "Shit,I didn't" but I had--and going back the next day was horrible because they invite you up to sing again :ohshi:
I recall twats videoing me :ohshi:
So so embarrasing! :pmsl:
But it felt like a good idea at the time :brickwall:

Having spoken to ex pats dotted around the planet and having asked them why they left, guess what they all said?

"It isn't england anymore!!"

They left because of immigration.

So it stands to reason, because we have a large enough population now, that if immigration stopped,so would emigration :dunno:

They became immigrants themselves? How hypocritical. Were the countries that they moved to more English then?

No they were not,but it does beg the question "is Nick Cleggs idea of proper distribution around the country a good idea"?

I love London because I can practice foreign languages and chat to lovely exotic women who are IMO far more attractive then the indigenous ones but many people live in areas where there are either zero immigrants or the place has been swamped--and the latter are the kind I met abroad.

What a sweeping statement. You have not seen my daughter, however she is only nine. :hap:

What I have achieved in Germany is a lot of peoples dreams in England.
I do not consider myself as an ex-pat or an emmigrant or even immigrant.
The last time that I was in England, June this year, I was shocked. :doomed:
