Age of Criminality to be raised to 12

When I was younger it was unheard of to hear of boys under 14 raping girls, but it happens all the time nowadays. Children seem to be committing henious crimes at a younger age. It may be a sign of the times but it is awful.

I think the real reality, and what i find is sad, is that 14 year old boys are tucked away in their home on the playstation/xbox/Facebook and no longer trying to chat up girls in real life.

Rape? Once again.. extreme case. Would need to see the percentage figures to believe that had rose
