Generally Right wing views tend to be highly dogmatic interpretations of whichever worldview is prevalent in a society whether that worldview is Free Market Capitalism and Christianity of Islam and Sharia Law. Liberalism is not bound by dogma and tolerates other worldviews on condition that tolerance is reciprocated.

A liberal is therefore as opposed to the Taliban as they are to the EDL regarding each as opposite sides of the same coin.
