why would men be wary of a woman that purportedly, assaulted a black woman
in an isolated incident
while pissed ? :dunno:

She was convicted... :shake head:

That was why there was the joke about the Cole Tweedy wedding

Why on earth would a convicted thug marry

Ashley Cole?

It's actually not relevant that she was black.

The point is that a man could assault or harass a woman and other women might think - oh, it was a one off - like in the case of Cheryl Cole. They wouldn't necessarily think that the man was a violent loony who would do it to them as well.

of course it's relevant

because the press inference was that she was a racist
the assumption would be that, not all men,
but certainly black men, should be more cautious :smilin:

It's not relevant because she was cleared of racially aggravated assault.

because someone is cleared of a crime
doesn't mean it's not so :brickwall: and the showing no remorse
over what was a drunken argument and subsequent assault about lollipops is a little odd
and just inflames racial conjecture about what was the motivation
behind the attack

ever heard of john reginald christie
and timothy evans ? :smilin:

She was convicted of assault - what more do you want? If people want to contradict the verdict, that's up to them, but it's no good assuming it was racially motivated just because the victim was black.

Anyway, the point is that she did assault someone, but do people avoid getting to know her now in case she assaults them? I doubt it somehow.

that would,of course,be determined by the level of violence used
in beating the black woman
and how desperate one was to get into her pants :fire:
