There are so many of these rants on You Tube now that I'm amazed anyone risks it. It's not just the racist thing, it's the awful screeching from these women - and it does always seem to be women. They just have no decorum at all.

I believe the woman may have mental issues. See a lot of it - called, "Care in the Community". In big cities it tends to happen more as there doesn't seem to be the close knit support smaller places have, plus city people walk around trouble rather than confront it.
