Trump defamation lawsuit

The campaing team issued a statement by her cousin that he believed her actions are nothing more than an attempt to gain the spotlight at Trumps expense.

Her lawyers assertions are that Trumps campaign team were directed by Trump and with his approval published it which is pure speculation but Trump didn't say it, her cousin did.

He refers to her cousins statement at two rallies and says many of these allegations are false, he isn't specific.

He retweets someone on twitter calling her sexual assault allegations a hoax and adds his own comment calling it "terrible".

The claimaint refers to a number of other instances of Trump referring in blanket terms to allegations made against him as false but isn't specific and doesn't mention anyone by name.

So why Isn't she suing her cousin or Paul Joseph Watson who actually made the claims against her?
