A rail service to thousands of homes in the middle of nowhere?
There are huge areas in Wales without gas because of the land layout.
Many don't have mains sewage but septic tanks.
The train can't come and empty those.
Railways have their place here still but I'm afraid most of this mountainous country needs cars vans trucks and tractors.
