A Scotsman has been jailed for three months in Dubai for touching a man's hip.

Jamie Harron form Stirling said he had simply been trying to avoid spilling his drink in the pub.

The businessman who made the complaint later withdrew it, but the authorities continued with the case.

the 'clever' dubai lot made it legal to buy alcohol there but kept it illegal to have alcohol in your system. take your money then breathalyse you & lock you up.
