If you were paying wages out of your own pocket you would wanna be frugal.

Such an obvious trolling post!

What do your wife and daughter think, Starbold?

You were better sticking to posts about your meals out in restaurants and forays to London buying Mulberry handbags etc with your wife and daughter .

I'm not sure what you mean? with all your question marks? However if I had a business and employed folks I would be sure to follow the law of "your Island" and not discrimitate against women in case they had children or needed time off because of them. Take care you do not post about women "scrounging benefits" and are too idle to work etc in your next litany.

You may end up very poor if you get "done" for sexual discrimitation.

Yeah yeah yeah.

And of course men NEVER cry off work with hangovers or man-flu. Or go on long term sick with bad backs or stress.

I was with a manufacturing company for 10 years, BY FAR the most reliable workers were women. And I say that as a man.

They turned up for work more often :ooer:

I guess that the translate app that you're using doesn't detect the nuance in the replies :dunno:

They got to work on time, they worked hard, met targets consistently, rarely complained, didn't take 'duvet days' and I never saw one with a hangover on Monday morning.

Then there were the blokes. More than one regarded allowable sick days (5 days in any rolling 6 months period) as holiday. We had men who thought that they were union barons, agitating for strikes at every opportunity (not that there were any). If there was a rule to be bent to breaking point, men were at it constantly. Finally we had 2 dismissals for gross misconduct (one theft, one for vile conduct against a woman employee) - both were men.
