Wrong, it's part of broader guidelines from the C of E about 'gender identity' 'anti-LGBT bullying' transphobic, 'biphobic' and homophobic behaviour, and other such bollocks, they're trying to bombard tiny children with.
if a son of mine went to a normal school in a tiara or high heels, or even 'played' in them, I'd fully expect him to come home with a fat lip and black eye.
