Natural or did he take some of that wacky stuff, that's been seen in the media sending prisoners almost comatose, to end his misery?

Heart attack...
Just read that he had a heart attack in August and had been 'seriously ill' since then. Didn't he claim to be writing a book? Maybe that's why he wasn't moved to a medical unit.
