Seems to have been a pretty spotless guy by all accounts.
Apparently lots tried to unearth stuff but it never came to pass.

Yes i think he came late to 'televangelism' compared to the current lot but the US does seem to breed 'em! Take a look at Peter Popoff for example (the name alone would be enough to set alarm bells with most but not the yanks, they love him!). A right rogue who went bankrupt after making millions, then made a comeback and become a multi millionaire again. Hallelujah!

That's always been my understanding. His son like to be on FOX news, and tout Trump, but that was never Billy's gig.

Some may not agree with his religion, but as a man, you could find far, far worse walking this planet.

I agree there are way worse such as the wacko Westboro Baptist nutjobs and Graham was not that type at all. I just felt he like rubbing shoulders with Presidents too much though. Worrying if his son is a Trump fan. When it came to the power of public speaking and preaching Luther King was way ahead and also did great work for US civil rights movement.

It’s not only in America. So many people in the world believe these bullshit books and follow religions. Most of the time it’s an excuse to justify whatever bigoted view they hold. So many religious people taking drugs, having affairs, killing people etc... Fucking idiots...

Are you saying he's sad that the best supplier he had of certain goods has gone to meet judgement?

whats the 'hard right'? and in what context did he make this statement? do you have a clip?

does the 'hard right' mean those people who think everyone exc christians go to hell?? If that is what he means then I would agree with his quote.
But i think hard right needs context and meaning to understand what he meant.

That's what I thought as well but I was getting him confused with Jerry Falwell.

Now he was shady.

Jesus helped people.
He was an anarchist because he was against money and the nation state.
Capitalism doesn't help the 95-99%.
It is modern slavery.

The Hard Right are capitalists who don't give a flying fuck about the 95+%.
