Does that mean the prophet is a direct descendant of Jesus then? since we is all related and Mo came after JZ!
Depends if Jesus had children before he left the Holy Lands after crucifixion.
Luke Chapter 24.
He did, he had them with Mary Magdalene when they moved to France and settled near Narbonne in the Languedoc region.
It was said their descendents started the Cathar religion, later to be pronounced heretics by the Roman Catholic church and after years of crusades against them by the church and French Kings on it's behalf, they were persecuted out of existence.
A similar story to the rise and demise of the Knights Templar, though very different people and for very different reasons.
LOL Jesus's tomb is in which country?
Clue: it is the opposite direction fucking France, ya dolt.
What the tomb he was laid in, where he waited a day or so before deciding to come back to life to tell his friends and family he'd risen from the dead just before the angels came down and took him away to heaven? - thats in modern day Israel. If thats your personal religious belief then thats fine.
Mine is the more plausible explanation, that the man known now as Jesus never died on the cross but was removed by some of his many supporters and taken to the tomb - a very expensive one for the day, paid for by a benefactor because he himself was as poor as dirt.
He was stabilised then moved to a 'safe house' and when recovered enough, shipped off to an area of southern France where he spent the rest of his days with his wife the aforementioned Mary. They had children like I said, some of whose descendents began the Cathar religion in the area. Incidently the Cathar religion had the closest religious dogma of any so called 'Christian' sect to Jesus' teachings then or since. They even promoted themselves as the 'only true Christians' much to the chagrin of the Roman catholic church.
The mover and shaker in all of this was Joseph of Arimathea, said by some to have been related Jesus' and also known sometimes as 'the secret disciple' he was a very wealthy and influential international trader, it was his personal tomb Jesus was taken to after being taken for the cross.
He was the one who went to Pilate directly and got permission to remove Jesus from the cross and take him to his tomb. He was the one who made all the arrangements afterwards, he had the ships, the trading connections and was probably the one who picked Languedoc, where he had traded with the inhabitants for many years, also aware it was well under Pax Romana (Roman Peace) lightly militarised with a local governor and some tax collectors. A perfect place for Jesus to hide out and end his days.
You see just like today money talks particularly when dealing with dirt poor people. Money and connections is even better when you know a Roman governor who couldn't give two hoots about Jesus one way or t'other and only sent him for crucifixtion because of the continual earache he was getting from those fucking Jewish Priests.
So the man died in southern France but the legend lived on in wonderful stories of the miracles witnessed by his followers and the greatest atttraction of them all, the resurrection from death in a far off land now called Israel.
HTH.
