Why shouldn't the North be part of Eire?

How about because the people who live there don't want to be?

How do you know?

You sound like YOU don't want it to be.

They don't want Brexshit, so a united Ireland sounds like a good idea.

FYI, they had a referendum in 1973
98.9% voted to be part of the UK

Well it's about time that they had another one imo!

So you accept that fact that it's up to the people of Northern Ireland, and no-one else's business

Disingenuous (yet again)

The referendum was boycotted by nationalists.

If held today, with no boycotts, it is believed that the vote would be much closer. A poll published in October found that 55 per cent said they wanted to remain in the UK.

So what's the problem?
That's about the same % of Scottish people who voted to remain in the UK

I refer you to your accusation of others telling 'half truths' (while unable to refute a single fact).

I have no idea what you are referring to.

I was responding to the suggestion that Ireland should be united - just because it's an island.

Not really surprising that you should forget your own posts.

Boris does it all the time.
