"McDonnell already said that he’s preparing to bankrupt the UK should Labour ever be elected to government."
I take it you have a
to back up that particular gem of made-up nonsense ?
Of course I have a link.
You should know by now that I only post facts
I am referring of course to John McDonnell’s speech to the annual Labour conference in Brighton September last year
It was widely reported
Read, learn and be afraid:
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/p ... 68156.htmlOr here
https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/labo ... nx8x6kc0s#Etc etc
I think you might actually be a bit thick.
Nowhere in either of those two articles does it say Labour want to bankrupt the economy. What it says is that by being elected, there might be a run on the Pound. But that isn't because of their policies, it is like what happened when the Leave vote came in. It's uncertainty, it isn't them coming into Number 10 and going "first order of business, crash the economy".
You read what you want to read cbx.
Just think for a minute will you?
Has there ever been a shadow chancellor who has said, vote for me and the currency could collapse?
Does that fill you with confidence about his economic credentials?
Do you understand the chain of events that occurs when a currency collapses?
This isn’t political, it’s pure economics
It’s just like gravity
Gravity doesn’t care if you are black white, Jewish, or disabled. It works the same on everyone
Same with economic theory
It doesn’t care if the economy is capitalist, socialist mixed or anything
Just read up what happens when a country’s currency collapses.
That’s what will happen if John McDonnell gets to no 11.
And that’s his prediction, not mine.
