Roman Abramovich couldn't attend Chelsea FC win on Saturday because his Visa had expired last month......and he's in Russia. No doubt the HO will fast track him one pronto and have it delivered personally with grovelling apology.

Crafty move. Theresa May's spokesperson has said, The Chelsea FC owner "can come as a visitor for six months but will need a visa to live, work or study in the UK." Doubt he's too fussed about living here, doesn't need to work, and the only thing he studies will be his bank accounts.
