Tommy Robinson locked up (again) allegedly?

Protest going on outside the courthouse now.

Doubt that will get on the news somehow.

Everyone should be protesting this though really.

It's an overreach of the state's powers and it could be any one of us one day they decide they don't like and follow round constantly and keep arresting, Human Rights people should be up in arms and would be if it was anyone else.

Can't find media reports of demonstrations - probably fake news or they're staged by Lennon's henchmen - usually are.

It's actually outside Downing Street, live streaming on YouTube.

I predict the government will realise they've made a mistake making him a martyr and fit him up for some horrendous crime.

Possibly - but at least he can write a book about it while growing old at HM's pleasure - every cloud... :dunno:

No something worse than that.

Like with Roj Blake on Blake's 7, fitted him up for a "Category 9" crime, assault of a minor.

Theresa May the new Servalan.

This isn't really about him anymore anyway, it's about authoritarianism and becoming a police state.

Stoo are you a liberal or a Lib Dem?

Because they're certainly not the same thing.

Why on earth would anyone pretend that this idiot is some kind of martyr ?

If he is daft enough to threaten the fair trial of ANYONE, he deserves to be punished accordingly.

The rest is froth and bubble - if he did the crime (and it certainly IS a crime) he should do the time. And doing it with a suspended sentence hanging over him simply exaggerates his idiocy.

There is good news though - he claims to have befriended Muslims during his last stretch - doubtless his new found mates will be there to welcome him.

I'm a card carrying Lib Dem and an activist, my outlook is classic liberalism mixed with common sense capitalism and socialism both societal and financial.

The Lib Dems are just socialists now though sadly.

If they were classical Liberals I'd vote for them.

I didn't watch Blakes 7, I couldn't get into it. The kids at school who could tended to be well into D&D and were lax in the personal hygiene department...

The government made him a martyr.

They got him in court and then jail with indecent haste, wasn't even allowed his own solicitor.

Not all criminals are treated the same are they?

The other parties keep nicking our policies! :monkey:

We are in no way a socialist party and people lose their bottle when it comes to voting for our parliamentary candidates but are strangely trusting of our local government teams.

Crap special effects but great show, much better than Dr Who.

The Avon and Villa partnership was the highlight.

I don't remember anyone in this country playing D&D until about 10 years after this show was on air though.

I think they lost their way when they partnered with the SDP who were certainly socialists.

Liberal Steel was dominated by SDP Owen and that was the end of the real Liberal Party I think.

I'd like them back, or even the Whigs, anybody but the current trio.
