So to all of these vacuous Tory supporters who claim that if you are really disabled then you have nothing to worry about from benefit assessors……hang your head in shame ! (and it goes with saying that this lad's case is certainly by no means an isolated example)

:grrrrr: :grrrrr: :grrrrr: :shoot: :shoot: :shoot:

Only the sickest Tory bastards would seek to defend this. :shake head:

It's a standard DWP questionairre that all claimants have to complete prior to their case being assessed for benefits.
It was first introduced in 2008 by the Labour government.
Do you have a problem with that?

LYING TORY SCUM.

It's all been changed since the Tories came to power, and under IDS and that cunt Mc Vey.

What can one say?

It's the culmination of the Tory/Right wing press's incredibly successful agenda to demonise the poor, sick, disabled and vulnerable.

As long as enough people commit suicide to save money (to give to their rich Eton/City chums) they consider it a job well done.

21 century Britain - Dickens would have wept. :shake head:

That headline should really say "Prove you're incapacitated". They don't go on what condition/disability someone has, they go on how that condition/disability affects someone. It could be assumed that a young man in that situation is not capable of doing any kind of work, but you never know I guess.

New Labour introduced an assessment. Not this assessment as IDS changed them late 2010.

The Labour assessment was in house and far less rigid. Labour have said that they would get rid of these dreadful private companies.

So what?
Are you saying that people who want to claim benefits shouldn't be assessed?

GP records should suffice, as the courts already go on those when presented at tribunal.

You don't even have to attend tribunals if you don't want to as they can be decided on paper based evidence as the judges are really pissed off with the government and these useless run for profit private rackets.

No. How the fuck did you make that stupid leap?
The fact is since July 2010 over 120,000 deemed fit to work by IDS's DWP have died from their illnesses etc.
Are you aware of this?

Why are you defending this?
