How does increasing funding in order to hasten the privatisation of the NHS solve the problem?

The best health services in the world are all mixtures of public and private money, private money in healthcare is not necessarily bad.

The American system is bad but it's an aberration, much like the NHS, neither have been copied by other countries.

Good question
The answer is that the best delivery services can be achieved by private organisations, not civil servants
That's the way it's done in almost every other civilised country in the world
That's why no other country has copied the NHS model
That's why citizens of other countries live longer, healthier lives.

I see - that's why you welcome the extra funding - I thought as much.

Yes that was always going to be the case, Hammond borrowing more money to give to Conservative Party donors. Just look at the HS2 companies involved and how many of those donate to the Conservatives or have Conservatives as Directors. :shake head: In five years time when this £20 Billion materialises, it will still be below what the NHS ACTUALLY NEEDS according to the Kings Fund.

Quite so. But the easily led will swallow it, just as they swallowed Brexit. Hey ho.

Hammond admits we will be paying the EU until 2069 but according to Moronic May we will have a Brexit Dividend immediately.

http://ukandeu.ac.uk/the-brexit-dividen ... n-the-nhs/ Busts the Tory myth completely. As you say the lowest IQ believe the shit Theresa "Don't for Labour because they will allow a 3rd runway for Heathrow" May comes out with.

She campaigned against a 3rd runway for over 15 years, which shows how much she cares for her constituents, many of whom are seriously pissed off with her. She has completed more U-turns than are permitted on the A1. :gigglesnshit:

Have they not said they will also raise taxes?

So yet another tax grab really.

And who will mind since it's going to "Our NHS"?

Could be seen as a tax grab - but that was inevitable after Brexit in any event.
