Taking back control...

Taking back control...

Irish PM Leo Varakdar threatened today to block planes from flying over his country to the UK if the EU's demands are not met...

'You can't take back your waters and then expect to use other people's sky,' he said.

What other benefits of hard Brexit can we look forward to?

EU member states have been told to step up their preparations for a possible "no deal" Brexit.

In a 16-page document, it warns of the possibility of long queues at borders and ports, disruption to air travel and new restrictions on data transfers if no exit deal is agreed between London and Brussels.

Taking back control at it's best. Well done, Brexit halfwits. :cuppaT:

No we didn't. We didn't vote for Brexit to piss Ireland off. If he wants to be childish, that's his fault.

How would he do that then? Build a wall... You're so desperate to make Brexit look bad, you'll post any crap you can find.
It was a democratic vote you lost (I doubt you even bothered to vote tbh)

You have a point there rags, Britain could always stop ships/ planes from moving freely in the British territorial zones surrounding the country. How would Ireland trade then?

Banning UK planes from flying over their airspace.

BRITAIN’S BIGGEST DAIRY COMPANY WARNS OF “DAIRY DILEMMA” OF IMPOSSIBLE CHOICES POST-BREXIT

Image

The impact of Brexit on the UK dairy sector, any friction and any limitations on access to key skills will mean that UK consumers pay the price through less choice, higher prices, and potentially lower food standards.
