The BBC's obsession with identity politics

Has become ridiculous now, there's sometimes 2 or 3 stories a day like this now on their news site, these most recently:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/get-inspired/44533717
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/newsbeat-45109922
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/newsbeat-45116383
The British left and the British left-wing media have made a huge error in adopting this divisive American college agenda as it was this that catapulted Trump to power.
Looking at the comments on the cricketers story it's making British people angry as well.
And it's just not relevant to this country.
"Journalists" at the BBC are just copying American sites like Huffington Post and Buzzfeed and are giving no thought at all to the British context.
I'm glad I don't give them any money.
