Arron Banks currently under criminal investigation by the NCA over where the £8 million he donated to the Brexit campaign came from, appeared on the Andrew Marr politics programme today. He's certainly a very shady character but i can't help but wonder how this interview was allowed to go ahead as being under investigation, i'd have thought it could lead to his case being declared subjudice which is not what i want to see happen.

Lord Adonis wrote to the BBC DG to ask him to reconsider his appearance.

I haven't read that but he's certainly had 'questionable' financial business in Gibraltar and their police are currently assisting the NCA with their investigation. He's a dodgy character and seems to revel in the notoriety that brings. Far too cocky.
