Have any of you flown into LaGuardia???? Maybe the greatest city in the world-(financially anyway--i think the place is ugly as sin) and they have an airport that was outdated in 1947.

Detroit's a decent airport, Atlanta is weird, with an odd subway because it's massive.

As for the election, here's hoping the result puts the brakes in some of Trump's worst excesses.

excesses in factory jobs??excesses low unemployment rates? excesses in lack of attacking and lack of destroying countries like Libya and syria ala Obama?
And as a matter of fact the neocons in the republican party were trumps worst enemies.

I was thinking more of his mysoginist, homophobic, narcissistic, delusional, lying, racist, egotistical, paranoid excesses.

You know, the excesses strangely invisible to his supporters.

Here's how I deal with him. He rambles like a lunatic, but his words are just that, words. His actions are limited by law, so while he rambles on, there is only so much he can actually do. His actions have not been detrimental to US citizens, he hasn't unleashed holy hell on any foreign country, and the US economy is better than it has been in decades.

Do I wish we had less of a loose cannon in the Whitehouse? Absolutely.

Are things going well here? Absolutely.

With that being said, there is still time for him to bomb the hell out of someone or for the large increases in debt to slam the economy. :paranoid:

you emote but dont think. he is not racist, homophobic etc.You just repeat things other people(like masses of delusional lefties chanting in the street) say.
You really need to look at yourself in the mirror and get over the trump derangement syndrome--which is based on falsehoods which you use in place of rational discussion.
First thing for you to do is admit you have the problem.

Texas has 254 counties. Here is how mine has been voting for about 20 years. It's not that Dems won a bunch of races, but they won a few no one would have thought. It's just how much they jumped in one election.

Really glad to see Cortez do so well. :canny: Very interesting (& exciting) to see the US actually voting for Socialism when it's been such a dirty word in the US for generations.

She's ignorant as a fucking stick.

She could have died 3 weeks ago and won that seat though, like the dead pimp won his in Nevada.

Id love to witness her meet-n-greet with pelosi

There are likely 11 million illegals living in ca alone. I must admit most of them are terrific hard working people. But the voter fraud on the dem side is astounding. You dont even have to have ID to vote in CA. They do registration drives where they pay people to go vote.Democrats (and some repubelicans) just like the psychotics they are--Refuse to have a real ID system for voting. You need it to get on a plane, get into a court building ,etc etc etc. But having real ID in order to vote is too difficult. that is just illogical---Being in CA is wonderful in some ways but the level of insanity even outstrips the looneys in the EU.

Do you have any actual evidence that voter fraud is an issue? The UK doesn't require voters to have ID and voter fraud is incredibly low. Our main issue is political parties over spending and then trying to cover it up.

The Conservatives are trying to introduce a photographic ID requirement to vote. Coincidentally, they're the party who would benefit most from legislation that stops people voting...

We don't have voter ID.
We don't need ID to get into a court.

Is it me or is Trump looking more orange and clowny than ever?

His tantrum at the CNN reporter was so ridiculous it was funny.

No he's getting more orange.
Doesn't he have any people around him who say you look a dick Donny stop with the orange?
Does no one tell him to stop boasting and learn to be a little more statesman like?

Why are you judging him on his appearance?

Yes Obama looked more Presidential but he was an empty suit and completely useless.

I bet you lot voted for Blair as well.

And meanwhile you voted for these ?

Ian Duncan Smith - discredited leader, renowned as a failed army officer who lacks empathy, regarded as a murderer for his tactics over benefits.

William Hague - lightweight leader, only known for boasting of drinking exploits, wearing a baseball cap wrong way round, and an idiotic 'keep the pound' election campaign.

Michael Howard - creepy leader, whose own people were quoted as saying 'there's something of the night about him'. Utterly useless.

Doesn't say much for your judgement, Ray.

The upticks in the economy and the downward direction of unemployment started under Obama.
The orange one is taking a lot of credit for stuff he hasn't been in power long enough to have caused.
The economic recovery and the job surge all started under Obama and continued after he left office.

How do you know who I voted for, were you hiding by the voting booth?

And the bits in bold - "regarded as a murderer" LOL, what an moron

"idiotic to keep the pound" - the only good thing Brown did, you actually think we should have adopted the Euro? Again, showing what an idiot you are.

"Creepy leader", your anti-semitism seem to be showing again.

You're a joke.
