Tory think tank unwittingly invited paedophile onto boat party with underage guests

EXCLUSIVE: The Adam Smith Institute is favoured by top Tory MPs including Jacob Rees-Mogg

A Conservative think tank unwittingly invited a paedophile onto a boat party with underage revellers.

Guests at the bash were left outraged after child porn hoarder Richard Neate was sighted on board, just months after he was sentenced.

The 28-year-old was found with indecent images of children as young as six and had a video of a man having sex with a dog.

But the Adam Smith Institute welcomed Neate aboard their annual invite-only cruise down the Thames past Parliament.

The Institute insisted the party was for over 18s, but after guests claimed 16 year olds were aboard, admitted under 18s had been present.

The libertarian think tank is favoured by top Tory MPs including Jacob Rees-Mogg.

I question how 'unwitting' they were about it :doomed:

Just read the report on this guy.

Holy shit :kinell: How did this guy manage to avoid jail :brickwall:

Ran a webite selling porn which led to him searching for child porn (involving boys and girls as young as 5), and exterme stuff (man fucking dog). Claims it was just for him but given libertarian's laissez faire attitude to business I question that

Admitted jerking off to this stuff and that he was sexually interested in 15yr old kids.

He should get into trouble for attending this party though:

He was also made the subject of a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) for five years.

The order prevents Neate from:

Having any contact with any children under the age of 18

Seems like the authorities weren't too worried about him, they turned him loose.

I know a guy who went to prison for showing a college age student child porn on his phone.
