I can see where you're going with the poor education thing.

Figures show that 81% of California's prison population are American born https://www.ppic.org/publication/califo ... opulation/ and any education system that allows you believe that can possibly leave 35% as illegal immigrants (so not even including the legal ones) is sadly lacking.
