The Integrity Initiative, a British pseudo-NGO tasked with running anti-Russian propaganda operation, was recently exposed. Further digging into it revealed a much wider operation. It seems to involve a mole British spies inserted into the Bernie Sanders campaign.

The leaked papers of the Initiative have since been confirmed as genuine. More relevant details continued to emerge:

We have barely scratched the surface of what it, and it’s project Integrity Initiative are. Everywhere we look we find links to what could be described as the ‘deep state’, including, but not limited to (by a long way), the Institute of Modern Russia, 77th Brigade, the Information Warfare Initiative, Prop or Not and a host of other organisations which, rather than protecting us against disinformation, appear to be running covert disinformation operations via the corporate media and on social media.

Now we learn that other operations were underway with regards to Sanders and also against Jeremy Corbyn. Craig Murray seems to have learned more and promises to tell it in a future installment. There are several other people who are digging further into the issue and we can expect that this will develop into an even more serious scandal.

The anglo-american anti-Russian campaign, of which the Integrity Initiative is a part, seems to have a much wider target field than Russia. It is used to press for censorship of all unwelcome opinion that runs against the 'deep state' ordered narrative. It is used to undermine political opposition to the campaign domestically as well as abroad. And, as Murray says, we can expect it to become even more dirty as it proceeds.

I did say there would be more to come about this outfit. :wurms:

Look at the letters in the link, the order in which they appear then try and say it Raven. You'll find they don't spell what you think they do...

Newly Released 'Integrity Intitiative' Papers Include Proposal For Large Disinformation Campaigns

The dump includes invoices, internal analyses of international media responses to the Skripal affair, the Initiative's operations in Scotland, France and Italy, some strategy papers and various other stuff. There are some interesting bits about the cooperation of the Initiative with British Ministry of Defense. It will take me a while to read through all of it.

The most interesting paper I found so far is:

COMBATTING RUSSIAN DISINFORMATION
LAUNCHING AN ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGN TO INFORM, DEBUNK, AND COMBAT STATE-SPONSORED PROPAGANDA
Comprehensive action proposal (pdf)

A "strictly confidential" proposal by the French company Lexfo to spread the Integrity Initiative's state-sponsored propaganda through an offensive online influence campaigns for a monthly pay per language of €20-40.000. The proposal also includes an offer for "counter activism" through "negative PR, legal actions, ethical hack back, etc." for €50,000 per month.

The offer claims that the company can launch hundreds of "news" pieces per day on as many websites. It notably also offers to "edit" Wikipedia articles.

In short: This proposal describes large disinformation operations under the disguise of fighting alleged Russian disinformation.

It is at the core what the Integrity Initiative, which obviously requested the proposal, is about.

This will get bigger and bigger, though too many are ignoring it, including the partners in crime, the msm.

The 'Integrity Initiative' - A Military Intelligence Operation, Disguised As Charity, To Create The "Russian Threat"

The British government financed Integrity Initiative is tasked with spreading anti-Russian propaganda and with influencing the public, military and governments of a number of countries. What follows is an incomplete analysis of the third batch of the Initiative's papers which was dumped yesterday.

Christopher Nigel Donnelly (CND) is the co-director of The Institute for Statecraft and founder of its offshoot Integrity Initiative. The Initiative claims to "Defend Democracy Against Disinformation".

The Integrity Initiative does this by planting disinformation about alleged Russian influence through journalists 'clusters' throughout Europe and the United States.

Both, the Institute as well as the Initiative, claim to be independent Non-Government Organizations. Both are financed by the British government, NATO and other state donors.

Among the documents lifted by some anonymous person from the servers of the Institute we find several papers about Donnelly as well as some memos written by him. They show a russophobe mind with a lack of realistic strategic thought.

There is also a file (pdf) with a copy of his passport:

In reality the "Western rules-based system", fully implemented after the demise of the Soviet Union, is a concept under which 'the west' arbitrarily makes up rules and threatens to kill anyone who does not follow them. Witness the wars against Serbia, the war on Iraq, the destruction of Libya, the western led coup in Ukraine and the war by Jihadi proxies against the people of Syria and Iraq. None of these actions were legal under international law.

This isn't going to go away. Conspiracy theory (though many knew it wasn't from the beginning) becomes conspiracy fact...again...

In October 2016 Donnelly had a Private Discussion with Gen Sir Richard Barrons (pdf), marked as personal and confidential. Barrons is a former commander of the British Joint Forces Command. The nonsensical top line is: "The UK defence model is failing. UK is at real risk."

Some interesting nuggets again reveal a paranoid mindset. The talk also includes some realistic truthiness about the British military posture Barrons and others created:

The general laments the lack of influence the military has on the British government and its people. He argues for more government financed think tank research that can be fed back into the government:

So, if no catastrophe happens to wake people up and demand a response, then we need to find a way to get the core of government to realise the problem and take it out of the political space. We will need to impose changes over the heads of vested interests. NB We did this in the 1930s

My conclusion is that it is we who must either generate the debate or wait for something dreadful to happen to shock us into action. We must generate an independent debate outside government.

This was an order from the core of the British thinking to Donnelly to get even deeper into the inner-British influence business. Hype Russia as a threat so more money can be taken from the 'vested interests' of the people and dumped into the military machine.

Oh look, just what I've been saying, and many others, for years.

HACKERS UNCOVER MORE DOCUMENTS THROWING LIGHT ON BRITISH PROPAGANDA CAMPAIGN AGAINST RUSSIA

The Anonymous have released another batch of documents shedding light on some of the project’s activity, published on the Cyber Guerrilla hacker group website.

Firstly, a private report is provided that suggests reforming the British Foreign Office to become under the supervision of the director of the Institute of Statecraft –

Chris Donnelly, the director of the Institute of Statecraft, finalizes the report by claiming that this “new diplomacy” that is to be formed post-Brexit must be taken full advantage of, by allowing him to control the Foreign Office.

Following is a performance report of the Jeremy Corbyn smear campaign, dated January 2018.

It also mentioned FIFA World Cup 2018, which took place in Russia, and is allegedly also a part of “Russian propaganda.”

Following that, there is approximately 20 documents related to the Skripal case.

The initial “Social Media Investigation and Monitoring Proposal,” aimed at tracking the social media activity regarding the Skripal case and how news spread and then Integrity Initiative members are supposed to evaluate how the incident is perceived in the UK, the USA, France, Germany and Russia.

It also introduced SENTINEL, a system that:

Then there are media interviews.

Then there is a document that focuses on “Ramping up Ifs (Institute for Statecraft)”. With the aim of

There are also reports from colleagues in the Baltic States, noting an increased Russian influence drive, to “get their version of the Skripal case in people’s minds.”

The Italian cluster was also busy at work tracking any and all pro-Russia reactions and disinformation regarding the Skripal case.

Thus, in addition to combating “Russian influence” in Spain, during the Catalonia referendum, by meddling in it, the same was done regarding the Skripal case.

An example:

Scientists Will Begin Geo-engineering Experiment and Try to Block the Sun

Scientists have decided to publically attempt a geoengineering experiment. The researchers from Harvard University are going to attempt to us particles to block out the sun in an attempt to save humanity from global warming, and cool the planet.

Of course, others have gathered a wealth of evidence suggesting that climate manipulation is already occurring right under our noses. Dane Wigington has an entire website titled GeoengineeringWatch.org in which he publishes all of the evidence he’s collected proving that governments have been manipulated the weather for a long time. In fact, they might be responsible for the very “climate change” they blame on the general public and make us all pay for.

The assault on the Earth has already been taking place, according to Wigington. But just how much evidence do people need that this could be the most pressing issue of our time? Climate change alarmists fear mongers could be on the verge of destroying the Earth as we know it.

https://www.globalresearch.ca/scientist ... un/5663020

But by the time the msm have got hold of it:

China and Russia are working together to HEAT the atmosphere to cut off satellite communication in terrifying wargame experiment

China and Russia have joined forces and are going ahead with controversial plans to heat and alter the Earth's atmosphere.

This project, experts claim, has potential military applications as it can disrupt satellite communication, a distinct advantage in the event of war or espionage.

Charged particles, known as ions, create a reflective layer over a specific region of land and cause a satellite communications blackout.

What was it Goering said about creating an enemy to convince the people were under attack? Something about bringing people to war...

Spoiler: show
“Why, of course, the people don’t want war. Why would some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best that he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece. Naturally, the common people don’t want war; neither in Russia nor in England nor in America, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist dictatorship…

Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.”

BRITISH FOREIGN SECRETARY CONFIRMS INTEGRITY INITIATIVE DOCUMENTS, BLAMES RUSSIA FOR EVERYTHING

On December 12th, a debate took place in the British House of Commons regarding the Institute of Statecraft (IfS) and its greatest offspring: Integrity Initiative (II).

Shadow Foreign Secretary Emily Thornberry asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Alan Duncan to make a statement on his Department’s funding of the Institute for Statecraft’s integrity initiative.

Duncan’s response was as if copied from the IfS and II website.

“The Institute for Statecraft is an independent UK-based charity whose work seeks to improve governance and enhance national security. It runs a project called the integrity initiative, which is working to counter disinformation overseas by bringing together groups of experts to analyze and discuss the problem posed by Russian disinformation.”

Furthermore, if he were to be given the benefit of the doubt, because he maybe did not know the II was targeting Jeremy Corbyn, the Labour leader, but he said the following:

“The Government are funding this initiative with nearly £2 million this financial year. That funding covers its activity outside the UK, and it does not fund any activity within the UK; nor does it fund the management of the integrity initiative’s social media account. Recent reports that Foreign Office funding has been used to support party political activity in the UK are therefore wholly untrue.”

Thornberry than emphasized that she has no interest in debating the II’s efforts against “he very real threat of interference in western democracies and the spread of disinformation by the Russian state.”

She, however, wished to debate Prime Minister Theresa May’s statement regarding the fact that it “is a cardinal rule of public life in our country that official resources should not be used for political purposes.”

And furthermore that there was no doubt that the publicly funded II broke that rule repeatedly “by using its Twitter accounts to disseminate articles attacking the integrity of Conservative and Labour officials, of Conservative peers and, repeatedly, of the Leader of Her Majesty’s Opposition.”

Thus, the questions that were asked, in fact, were:

https://southfront.org/british-foreign- ... verything/

Anyone know about this debate?

I haven't seen it in browsing the media, no mention on other forums, anything on BBC? Not that I can see. There is however, a concerted effort to drum up a media storm over JC saying 'stupid woman' or 'stupid people'...

British Government Covert Anti-Russian Propaganda and the Skripal Case

It is worth starting by noting that a high percentage of the Integrity Initiative archive has been authenticated. The scheme has been admitted by the FCO and defended as legitimate government activity. Individual items like the minutes of the meeting with David Leask are authenticated. Not one of the documents has so far been disproven, or even denied.

Which tends to obscure some of the difficulties with the material. There is no metadata showing when each document was created, as opposed to when Anonymous made it into a PDF. Anonymous have released it in tranches and made plain there is more to come. The reason for this methodology is left obscure.

Most frustratingly, Anonymous’ comments on the releases indicate that they have vital information which is not, so far, revealed. The most important document of all appears to be a simple contact list, of a particular group within the hundreds of contacts revealed in the papers overall. This is it in full:

Now let us tie that in with the notorious name further down the list; Pablo Miller, the long-term MI6 handler of Sergei Skripal, who lived in Salisbury with Skripal. Miller is the man who was, within 24 hours of the Skripal attack, protected by a D(SMA) notice banning the media from mentioning him. Here Pablo Miller is actively involved, alongside serving FCO and MOD staff, in a government funded organisation whose avowed intention is to spread disinformation about Russia. The story that Miller is in an inactive retirement is immediately and spectacularly exploded.

Now look at another name on this list. Howard Body. Assistant Head of Science Support at Porton Down chemical weapon research laboratory, just six miles away from Salisbury and the Skripal attack, a role he took up in December 2017. He combines this role with Assistant Head of Strategic Analysis at MOD London. “Science Support” at Porton Down is a euphemism for political direction to the scientists – Body has no scientific qualifications.

Another element brought into this group is the state broadcaster, through Helen Boaden, the former Head of BBC News and Current Affairs.

In all there are six serving MOD staff on the list, all either in Intelligence or in PR. Intriguingly one of them, Ian Cohen, has email addresses both at the MOD and at the notoriously corrupt HSBC bank. The other FCO name besides Duncan Allan, Adam Rutland, is also on the PR side.

The Skripal Case happened to occur shortly after a massive increase in the Integrity Initiative’s budget and activity, which itself was a small part of a British Government decision to ramp up a major information war against Russia.

I find that very interesting indeed.

https://www.craigmurray.org.uk/archives ... ipal-case/

Full article is worth a read. List of names on link.

The media seem very quiet on this, as do most of the population. Brexit, royal babies or z list celebs and they can't shut up,

Inside The Temple Of Covert Propaganda: The Integrity Initiative & UK's Scandalous Information War

Recent hacked documents have revealed an international network of politicians, journalists, academics, researchers and military officers, all engaged in highly deceptive covert propaganda campaigns funded by the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), NATO, Facebook and hardline national security institutions.

This “network of networks”, as one document refers to them, centers around an ironically named outfit called the Integrity Initiative.“The most senior government people are professional propagandists and spooks,” Miller explained. “The ‘charity’ lead on this [Chris Donnelly] was also appointed as a colonel in military intelligence at the beginning of the project — a truly amazing fact that suggests this is a military intelligence cut out.”

A minister for the UK FCO has officially confirmed that it has been funding the Integrity Network.

But even as members of Britain’s parliament thunder with demands for official accountability, the UK and US mainstream media still strangely refuses to touch the story.

https://grayzoneproject.com/2018/12/17/ ... ation-war/

(available at others sources too, just not msm)

There you go canny, please explain how you come to trust the mainstream media and even government/military when this is going on? :dunno:

'Integrity Initiative' - New Documents From Shady NGO Released January 04, 2019

The British Government runs an anti-Russian smear campaign through the pseudo non-government-organization Integrity Initiative. Some person, operating under the 'Anonymous' label, obtained internal papers of the Initiative and publishes those in several batches. Moon of Alabama was one of the first sites that analyzed the released papers.

With the new release Anonymous lays out a timeline that connects the Skripal affair in Britain with the activities and personal of the Integrity Initiative. Our last piece had already drawn the Skripal connection to the Initiative, but some of the new documents add to the trail.

The trail starts with a document (pdf), written in January 2015(!), that lays out a plan and options for sanctioning Russia.

We have since seen that several of these planned sanctions have been realized after this or that curious event, like the alleged use of doping by Russian athletes and during the Skripal affair.

https://www.moonofalabama.org/2019/01/i ... eased.html

Links to the actual documents on there, links to previous documents and analysis on there too.

No sign of anything in the msm, no sign of any of the usual msm defenders in this thread now either.

This is actually very disturbing and calls in to question the claims made by UK government and the msm. It would appear some of us were right all along to call in to question the official narrative.

The reason there are little or no comments on MSM is that they have a duty to place conspiracy theories into File 13 (the bin) due to the seemingly fragile mental state of their authors.

All 'good' CTs have a modicum of fact in them - including various documents. Some are easily led and seize on them like manna from heaven. And that ends my contribution to this thread.

So the documents are real, the group doing this is real, the man heading it is real but it's a CT. :ooer:
